Our Founder

Laura Lam-Phaure is a seasoned cosmetic science expert with extensive experience in product development, formulation, and leadership within the beauty industry. She holds a B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a focus on Cosmetic Science and Formulation Design from The University of Toledo and an A.A. in Beauty Industry Merchandising and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.

Laura is the Founder of Lam Phaure Beauty, where she leads the creation and development of sales and education assets, enhances market presence, and drives innovation in product assortments. Her expertise includes guiding ingredient selection, managing safety and validation testing, and overseeing the full product development lifecycle.

Laura is an active member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists, California Chapter, and serves as a professor at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. She is also a board member of Beauty Industry West and has published numerous articles in industry journals, sharing her insights on cosmetic science and innovation.
